     A WEDDING gown of white organdie will be worn by Miss Barbara Ella Stevens when she is married tonight to Mr. Leonard James Clarke, in St. Cuthbert's Church, Prospect. The Rev. H. C. Thrush will officiate.
     The bride is the youngest daughter of Mrs. C. V. Stevens, of Camroc ave nue, Blair Athol. and of the late Mr. Stevens. The bridegroom is the second son of Mrs. T. J. Clarke, of Prospect terrace, Prospect, and of the late Mr. Clarke. The bride will be given away by her brother-in-law. Mr. H. J. Spencer.
     Her gown has a full circular skirt, merging into a slight train, and is trimmed from waist to hem with rows of narrow velvet ribbon. Her tulle veil fails from a topknot of hyacinths, and she will carry a shower bouquet of white flowers.
     Misses Florence Stevens and Mollie Wilton will be the bridesmaids. They have pale blue organdie gowns, with full gored skirts and long velvet sashes. They will wear large organdie picture hats and carry pale pink posies.
     Mr. Ron Gilbert will be best man, and Mr. Jack Marshall groomsman.
     The bride's mother will wear a teal blue ensemble of heavy crepe with a blue velour hat and an autumn spray. A navy self-patterned dress, wiith a lightweight woollen coat and navy ac cessories, has been chosen by the bride groom's mother, who will wear a spray of autumn flowers.
     For travelling the bride will wear a blue jacket suit of light woollen mate rial with a saucer-brimmed roseberry hat and roseberry accessories, and a skunk fur cape, the gift of the bride groom.1
Barbara, 32, and Leonard,32, were divorced on 9 December 1948 in the Supreme Court, Adelaide, South Australia. Len sued Barbara for desertion, and the case was undefended.1
