On 13 March 1925 he was a baker Port Broughton, South Australia. He advertised for a worker, "able to make dough", in "The Advertiser."1
He died on Sunday, 22 January 1961, aged 77 years, 2 months and 10 days, in Repatriation Hospital, Daws Road, Springbank, South Australia. Prior to hospitalisation he had been living in Brayville.2
Jarvis was buried on 24 January 1961 in the Centennial Park Cemetery, Pasadena, South Australia, in the Acacia C section, path BV, grave 15.2

Arthur Tennyson Brown was born on 16 November 1892 in Port Pirie, South Australia, son of Harry Brown and Elvina Jane Pitcher.When he signed up for the army Arthur was a Fireman in the S.A.R (South Australian Railways). in 1915.1
Arthur began military service on 12 August 1915 in Adelaide, South Australia, when he enlisted in the AIF.1
He died on Monday, 26 August 1918, aged 25 years, 9 months and 10 days, in France wounded in action, died of wounds.
Arthur was buried in the Heath Cemetery, Harbonnieres, Somme, France.2
