The bride is the only daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. W. Morphett, the bridegroom the elder son of Mr. and Mrs. C. A. Case.
The bridal gown was of white Chantilly lace over satin, fall ing into a long train. Draped over the hips, the lace was caught up in the front with white rosebuds and an inset of pleated satin fans out to the hem.
Four bridesmaids, Misses Aileen Mann, Joy Asser, Lurline Morphett, and Marilyn Kerr, dressed alike in shell pink net over satin. Their shoulder capes and bonnets were of ruched net, matching the frocks, and they carried trails of cream gladioli tied with pink satin ribbon.
Brother of the bridegroom, Mr. BrPan Case, was best man.
Mr. and Mrs. Morphett received 90 guests, at Lordello House, East terrace.2

A COAL LUMPER'S FALL.
Late on Monday afternoon Mr. George Oxlade, a married man, residing at Car- lisle-street, Glanville, fell a distance of 30 ft. from an overhead tramway on which he was engaged assisting to unload coal from the collier Aeon, at McLaren wharf, Port Adelaide. He was conveyed to the Port Adelaide Casualty Hospital and treated for severe bruises. As there was a possibility of more serious injury having been sustained he was detained in the Institution for observation.3
