Kingsborough, Esq., Adelaide, agent for the mortgagee, and subject to the Hon Commissioner of Crown Land, all that valuable Farm, being section 123, Hundred of Palmer, County of Newcastle, containing 623 acres or thereabouts, with all the improvements, which are of a substantial character. Purchase money £623, overdue to Government since January, 1883. The whole farm is well fenced aud subdivided into three paddocks, which are all good arable land. Wooden House, two rooms, Stables and Stock yards. The Willochra Creek runs through the property, thus rendering the land liable to irrigation. N.B.—Application can be made to bring the land under the new Act, or for an extension of time to purchase.
