     Timothy John Starkey was born on 5 December 1969 in Narracoorte, South Australia.1

Between 1975 and 1986 Tim was educated at Padthaway Primary, Port Kenny Primary and Streaky Bay Area schools. He was a good student and won many sporting trophies.1

He died on 17 January 1988, in South Australia, aged 18, the result of an accident when his car rolled over near Port Kenny.1

Timothy was buried on 22 January 1988 in the Conglima Cemetery, Conglima, South Australia, by Reverend D. Brine.1
