Life Events

Henry Talbot Hobbs was born on 1 July 1866 in Bangor, South Australia, son of George Hobbs and Elizabeth Woodward.1

Henry's mother is stated to be Elizabeth DUNTABIN but there is no other record anywhere of such a person, so I feel, because of the locality of the birth and the relationship of the Talbot and Hobbs families, that Henry is a child of George Hobbs and Elizabeth McNilty nee Woodward.2

To my knowledge, Henry wasand were never married.3

He died on Sunday, 20 July 1941, aged 75 years and 19 days, in Parkside Mental Hospital, Parkside, South Australia, from cerebral arteriosclerosis.4
