On 27 June 1947, Annie, aged 22, married Melvin Sidney Charles Couzner, aged 24, son of Andrew Charles Couzner and Clarice May Burns, in Church of England, Kelly Street in Whyalla, South Australia.1,2

Annie was buried on 16 December 1974 in the Port Pirie Cemetery, Protestant Reserve B, Plot 11, Port Pirie, South Australia, by Reverend Hardy.3
